In independent research and analysis, there’s often no specific brief—just curiosity that leads to exciting discoveries and insights. The haptic research focuses on raw materials, manufacturing processes, the circular economy, and the connection between humans and their environment. These aspects are examined more closely through experiments. What matters is translating these discoveries and insights into design concepts and transferring them to concrete products that people enjoy using, or that invite closer inspection and awaken their curiosity. This way, with self-initiated projects, the entire process from idea to final product can be viewed, guided, and realized holistically.
